Chemicals are billed at cost, separate from your monthly plan. We don’t include them in the flat rate because chemical demand varies pool to pool depending on use, weather, and equipment. Charging at cost keeps the bill honest. You pay for what your pool actually uses.
Chlorine tabs aren’t included in any Palm Breeze plan. Phoenix UV burns through chlorine in 2 to 4 days, so tabs slow-release sanitizer between weekly visits. The catch: every tab also adds cyanuric acid (CYA) to your water, and CYA buildup is the number-one reason pools eventually have to be drained. We proactively use as few tabs as possible. Reserve clients on twice-weekly visits often skip them entirely. Salt cells and AOP systems are upgrades that minimize or eliminate tabs altogether.
Larger pools take more time, more chemicals, and more equipment wear. Final pricing for pools above 30,000 gallons is set during your consultation, after we walk the property and look at the equipment. We don’t quote larger pools by phone because the variables matter.
Foundation is honest weekly care: water balance, basket checks, equipment checks, vacuuming as needed. Filter cleans are billed separately. Signature includes everything in Foundation plus filter cleans 3 times per year ($435 value) on schedule, digital water testing every visit, and monthly tile touch-up. Signature is built for homeowners who want measurably better water, not just a clean pool.

Pool service in Scottsdale ranges from about $80 to $400+ per month, depending on the company, the level of care, and what’s included. Palm Breeze plans start at $139 for weekly Foundation service, $205 for Signature wellness care, and from $375 for twice-weekly Reserve care.
A typical weekly pool service includes brushing, skimming, emptying baskets, cleaning the filter and pump baskets, balancing water chemistry, and an equipment check. Premium plans add digital water testing, scheduled filter cleans, monthly tile touch-ups, and a photo and email after every visit. Reserve adds an extra day of service.
-Pricing is based on standard pool sizes and typical conditions. If your pool is larger than average, has heavy vegetation, or requires additional maintenance beyond a typical service, your price may be adjusted accordingly.

–Our No-Green Guarantee: We stand by our pool service, and if your pool turns green under our care, we’ll fix it for free.
To keep this guarantee in place, your pool must be in operating condition, and any recommended repairs must be made in a timely manner. Consistent access to your pool is also required so we can provide proper service.
If we recommend a drain due to poor water quality and the recommendation is declined, the guarantee will no longer apply.

*Unless the universe has other plans. The only exceptions? Weather, lack of access to your pool, or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll always keep you informed and due our best to give your pool the care it deserves.
