Answer: Each weekly visit includes skimming the surface, brushing walls/steps/tile line, vacuuming as needed, emptying skimmer, pump, and cleaner baskets, checking equipment, and testing/balancing water chemistry per plan. We also send proof of service so you know exactly when we were there and what was done. If we spot an issue (air leaks, low flow, worn seals), we’ll note it and propose a fix before it becomes a bigger problem.
