Answer: We guarantee that your pool will be serviced every week during our normal business hours*—whether by your regular tech or another trained Palm Breeze technician. If we ever miss a visit, you’ll receive a credit for that week.
*Unless the universe has other plans. The only exceptions? Weather, lack of access to your pool, or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll always keep you informed and do our best to give your pool the care it deserves.
